		<description>I think your approach is excellent.  There are no &quot;employees&quot; today.  We have &quot;this employee, right now&quot;, &quot;this employee, right now&quot;, etc. If you don&#039;t know what people want, how are you ever going to figure it out?

We do employee surveys, among other things,and the companies that use us tend to me more sensitive to generational differences.
